Dynamic and innovative consumer brand seeking a Performance Marketing and Ecommerce Growth Manager to drive marketing efforts and accelerate online sales.
Kewajiban
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through various online channels including but not limited to PPC, SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, design, and sales to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and product launches.
• Utilize analytics tools and platforms to generate insights, develop reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record of success in performance marketing and ecommerce, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and channels, with hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
