Kewajiban

• Be knowledgeable about the overview of the resort
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist guests.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
