The Italian Sous Chef will lead the team, ensure compliance with food handling standards, and assist in budget preparation.
Kewajiban
• Leading the team and ensure them to live within AMAN ambition, purpose, pillar & values
• Analyze team education need, deliver training, and develop future potential leader; create successors for each position
• Executes food handling and cleaning procedures in accordance with HACCP standards
• Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards HACCP
• Assists the Executive Chef with the development and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects policies & procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division
• Manage food costs and kitchen operational costs
Kualifikasi
• Proving skills and knowledge
• International experiences for 2 years in a similar position either in a 5* hotel or in high standards Restaurants
• Profound with Italian menu skills
• Creative and outgoing personality with excellent communication and leadership skills
