The Assistant Director of Finance will support the Director of Finance in financial strategy, operational performance, and team management.
Kewajiban
• Support the Director of Finance in financial strategy and operational performance
• Assist in financial reporting and setting up internal controls
• Manage and develop the finance team
• Review capital expenditure and develop relationships with 3rd parties
• Work closely with the General Manager and Executive Team to drive performance
Kualifikasi
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience at managerial level
• Strong technical accounting, finance, and taxation skills
• Knowledge of hotel internal controls and budget process
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
