The Chief Engineer will support the Director of Engineering in managing the Engineering department of a luxury hospitality brand.
Kewajiban
• Support the Director of Engineering in managing the Engineering department.
• Ensure the efficient running of all hotel facilities, including fire and life safety equipment.
• Plan and manage all preventative maintenance work, new projects, extensions, and renovations.
• Prepare the Engineering budget for the property.
• Provide Engineering knowledge for the hotel strategic and operational plans.
• Monitor energy usage in the hotel and implement energy conservation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
• College degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Five years operating experience in a similar capacity.
• Familiar with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating departments.
• Familiar with local government requirements and regulations.
• Passion for leadership.
