The Duty Manager is responsible for maximizing the experience and satisfaction of hotel guests by coordinating all hotel operations.
Kewajiban
• Coordinate all operations of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about hotel products and services
• Monitor all arrivals and guest requests to ensure smooth service
• Efficiently handle all reservations
Kualifikasi
• College degree in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office, preferably in a similar position
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Front Office Systems
• Fluent in English, other third language would be an advantage
