Ansell is looking for a Functional Consultant (Planning—D365) to join their Supply Chain Planning Process and technology team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
Kewajiban
• Lead the implementation of the D365 Production Planning and scheduling with a focus on aligning it with the intricacies of Process Manufacturing.
• Configure the module to address specific production planning and scheduling requirements inherent to the production plant.
• Configure and support production planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure that production processes are aligned with demand forecasts and resource availability.
• Configure and support MRP for various purchased items based on the finished good production planning.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the manufacturing context.
• Conduct training session for end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance to address users queries and concerns.
Kualifikasi
Proven experience as a Functional Consultant and demonstrated knowledge/ experience in implementing and supporting D365 for Process Manufacturing Industry.
Having an in-depth knowledge of production planning and scheduling processes and associated configurations, including setting up Master Planning, Finite capacity planning and scheduling, MRP, Intercompany Planning etc.
Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain planning processes, such as demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and scheduling, in a manufacturing setting.
Proven record of creating Business Requirements documents, Solution Design documents, FIT/GAP, conducting workshops and training sessions, and interacting with end users at all levels.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
