Detail posisi

The PMO Analyst will be responsible for setting up meetings, preparing action plans, presentations, minutes of meeting, reports, project schedules, Kanban updates, and documentation to support project development.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for setting up meetings, preparing action plans, presentations, minutes of meeting, reports, project schedules, Kanban updates, and documentation to support project development
• Effort estimate, resources allocation plan and monitoring by project, working closely with FMIS assistant managers
• Creation of risk register and mitigation plan by project
• Cost monitoring by project
• Support project leaders with administrative tasks, business case preparation, project planning, data gathering, and report preparation
• Become a subject matter expert on tools and processes (Jira, Open Project, MS Project, and SharePoint)
• Provide training to project leaders and teams
• Use various media formats to present data for governance and communication to stakeholders
• PMO deployment for integrated project portfolio management – project structure, scope, deliverables, quality, risk cost and schedule, stakeholders (FCC, Fiber Supply digitalization projects, FIOC, Stigma, etc)

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree required with a major in Information Technology, IT Business, Computer Science, Technology, or any related
• 3 years of IT Project Management experience using Waterfall/Agile methodologies or Business Analyst experience
• PMP or ITIL certification and past experience in PMO role would be advantageous
• Strong foundation in project management principles (PMBOK) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking)
• Proficiency in project management software like MS Project, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Planner
• Good understanding of product development lifecycle, system implementation, and change management
• Strong analytical and communication skills for task management, reporting, and stakeholder interactions
• Problem-solving skills: ability to identify issues and propose solutions to ensure project success
• Organization skills: effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Attention to detail: ensuring accuracy and precision in documentation and reporting
• Ability to work independently and effectively as an individual as well as in a team and handle tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner
