The Project - Heavy Equipment Manager position at APRIL Group in Indonesia requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in managing heavy equipment.

Kewajiban

• Develop detail of HE allocation schedule for various project
• Conduct Continuous Improvement program with lowest cost & increased productivity
• Lead and control Heavy Equipment operational activities and analyses the problem in operation then giving the problem solving
• Monitor & control the operation cost according to budget
• Record progress on works to ensure information is available for reporting as required
• Develop and coaching / mentoring the subordinate in order to generate good service

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Certifications required : Crane Inspection, and Lifting & Rigging Course with Advanced level (or at least intermediate level)
• Able to speak and write fluently in English
• 10 years experience of managing Heavy Equipment and active in the industry, including in all projects phases i.e : Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)
• Experience on scope definition and bidding process for cranes and other heavy equipment
