Detail posisi

The Project Procurement Manager will provide effective leadership to maximize team efficiency, oversee unit managers and team leads, implement procurement processes, collaborate with department users, negotiate with vendors, and perform risk management for supply contracts.

Kewajiban

• Provide effective leadership to maximize the efficiency of the team by encouraging a supportive and collaborative work environment
• Oversight of multiple unit managers, along with 4 team leads to ensure all activities in the procurement department run as scheduled
• Implement procurement processes and controls into the project and informing all involved in Procurement to deliver optimum impact of cost-optimization potential (Procurement plan, target-costing) andother Procurement targets and to meet requirements relating to deadlines and quality.
• Collaborate with Department user to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the Project designed
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
• Develop and monitor fully resourced and costed project
• Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor of Engineering, Master Degree is an advantage
• Minimum 20 years of purchasing and project management experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large projects (involving 5,000-10,000 workers and a project value of over 2 billion USD)
• Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes.
• Project Management and Problem Solving – Thorough understanding of managing project
• Familiarity with ERP systems/software
• Strong integrity, ownership, and commitment to the role
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Able to speak mandarin is a plus
• Capable of working under pressure.
