Management Trainee Program with various field including Export Sales, Business Analyst, Auditor, Procurement, IT, HR, Finance Accounting, and Continuous Improvement.

• Gain hands-on experience in various departments • Participate in training sessions and workshops • Assist in project management and implementation • Collaborate with team members on various projects • Learn about company policies and procedures • Develop leadership skills through mentorship programs

Kualifikasi

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in any major with GPA minimal 3,5 (out of 4 scale) • Maximal 2 years of working experience • Willingness to be placed in any of APP's location • Strong interpersonal and management skills with potential leadership and high integrity with a keen passion • Proficient in English and Ms. Office
