Open Modern Trade channel for Yale, drive sales, presence, and visibility of Yale products through effective sales execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

Kewajiban

• Help distributors conduct direct sales to Modern Trade customers
• Give advise on designing and implementing a sales strategy
• Negotiate the annual cooperation agreements
• Support key accounts in managing their stocks to optimize supply conditions
• Track in-store promo effectiveness
• Develop the range and portfolio strategy by store type working closely with the Retail Sales Head

Kualifikasi

• Experience in sales and marketing
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
