Member of Center of Excellence- Investment Management combining specialists in Real Estate Finance, Cost Strategist, and Project Management.

Kewajiban

• Support investment projects to achieve Return on Investment (ROI) on time/cost.
• Provide advisory and solutions to Project Group on Project Management issues.
• Monitor and track the progress of investment projects on time/cost.
• Ensure Project Group updates weekly progress on Microsoft Project for upper management review.
• Create and share tools for Project Group to effectively manage timeline, cost, and pending issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize project improvement and implement workflow processes.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architect, or related field.
• Understanding of Thailand building laws and regulations.
• At least 5 years of project management or construction management experience.
• Understanding of design and construction drawings.
• CAN-DO Attitude with a proactive approach and result-driven mindset.
