Kewajiban
• Responsible to lead Sales Team to achieve individual & team goals to ensure the achievement of sales objectives in a timely manner
• Create, conduct & control all Sales initiatives which align with target settings
• Maintain good relationship with listed and potential accounts to boost up sales number
• Oversee market trend nationwide and analyze revenue strategies
• Ensure smooth and seamless communications inter-department with all sales related matters
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is highly desirable
• Minimum 3 years experiences in 5 stars international chain hotel as Senior Sales Manager
• Proven tracks of having strong relations with corporate, government, embassy and or travel agent
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices to achieve targets from events, banquets, MICE & weddings
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
