We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Office Barista to join our team.

Kewajiban

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and drip coffee, adhering to quality standards and preferences of office staff.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment efficiently.
• Keep the coffee station clean and organized, including brewing and serving areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Greet office staff and guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as required.
• Collaborate with other office staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on coffee and beverages trends

Kualifikasi

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
