Kewajiban

• Lead saving initiatives/ projects for Thailand . Define the issues and scope of defined projects. Determine and present interpretation of findings. Oversee the completion of projects including planning; assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work; evaluating results, etc. • Daily purchasing activities for non-trade items (PR approval, PO issuance, Spent) together with providing coaching and guidance to the purchasing team. • Supporting all stakeholder in getting the right goods at the specific lead time and specifications to ensure continual supply at optimum cost. • Perform periodical sourcing and develop new suppliers with the objective of developing alternative sources in terms of service, delivery, the best commercial and technical terms. • Selecting and qualifying vendors to develop a comprehensive alternative local supplier list and negotiate contracts and review vendor performance. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that the contracts are appropriate to safeguard the company’s interest and to keep documents up to date. • Gather market information, and price trend analysis of categories such as inflation and deflation and well operations through market pricing surveys. • Other job functions as and when required by the department. • Communicate expectations of individual job responsibility, objectives, goals and mission of the department. • Hold periodic department meetings to review performance results, current objectives, and future direction of the department.
