Indonesia Sourcing Manager - Buying / Procurement position at Baker Hughes Company

Kewajiban

• Placing and following up on POs.
• Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, as well as managing problems and schedule changes including updating ERP.
• Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.
• Being able to communicate a broader picture to the team.
• Using basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
• Providing services to the function or directly to the business.

Kualifikasi

• Have bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years’ experience and above in procurement & sourcing (raw materials or semi-finished goods).
• Have past or current experience in oil & gas or manufacturing industry (MNC setup).
• Have prior team management experience.
• Have good analytical and negotiation skills.
