Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for Agency Manager who will be responsible for recruitment processes, achieving sales targets, maintaining portfolio quality, and achieving profit targets.

Kewajiban

• Run individual or corporate recruitment processes.
• Achieve individual sales target (Load Disbursement) from the following products.
• Keep handled portfolios quality.
• Achieve settled profit target.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum education S1 majoring in marketing.
• Experienced on bank/finance institution for minimal of 5 years as marketing/sales.
• Having an experience as a leader, having a good, active, and initiative communication.
• Competence related to lending processes.
• Having an experience on designing credit analysis (credit proposal).
