BAT Indonesia is looking for a Trade Marketing Representative in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for Distributor Volume Sell out (Total Exclude 3rd party agency &DC NKA), 100% fulfilment of volume target, Mix/SKU priority follow monthly plan in TMR Territory scope and Call Visit fulfilment for active Customer and Community Contact >= 95%, also Perform Cycle Activity programs. • Visit Retail outlets for Program communication to retail, Deploy POSM & Merchandising, Gather information through internal survey on competitor activities and update to TME. • Visit Wholesale, KA, Vapestore, HoReCa & Retail for outlet internal survey and inform it regarding ongoing program in retail outlets to ensure stock availability for SKUs. • Visit validated Community. • Provide proof of Control (photos with community logo/banner as background, submit google form for customer data). • 100% fulfilment of KPI target for Cycle Activity (based on monthly plan).

Kualifikasi

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or business-related fields. • At least 1 years of professional experience, with Problem Identification and Solving, Leadership, Negotiation, Sales & Distribution, Communication Skill. • Understand New Category market (Vapour, THP, etc.). • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) s specializing in Marketing/Sales or equivalent. • Exposure to a multi-national and cross-functional work environment is a plus.
