The Call Center Agent (Contract) will be responsible for taking customer calls and providing accurate and satisfactory answers to queries and concerns about Beko's products.
Kewajiban
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Work with Sale Team or coordination with Beko Service partner.
• Following up complicated customer calls where required.
• Happy Call survey after service complete.
• Handle customer via Social, Line, Facebook, website.
Kualifikasi
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide satisfactory answers to customer queries.
• Patience and ability to de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
• Strong organizational skills to record details of interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sale Team or Beko Service partner.
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries via various channels such as Social, Line, Facebook, and website.
