The HR Manager will provide human resource consulting to the business and play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage talent acquisition process and performance management
• Design salary framework and improve total rewards policies
• Provide advice and coaching on performance
• Implement learning and development programs
• Collect and analyze HR data to make data-driven decisions
Kualifikasi
• Degree in HR or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant HR experience
• Must have HR generalist and HR Business Partnering experience
• Fluent in English and an excellent communicator
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Proficient in HRMS software and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
