Bluebird is looking for a Media Planner to support their Out of Home media advertising product, BirdAds.
Kewajiban
• Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify the target audience and understand their behavior, preferences, and media consumption habits
• Customize deck/presentation: Develop comprehensive media strategies into deck/ presentation aligned with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
• Translate the business requirements and strategic direction into an actionable process by developing recommendation and execution on media buying for funnel campaign and work closely with internal teams to ensure the deliverables.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns in real-time. providing meaningful insights using data for campaign performance optimization.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on the performance of advertising campaigns, including insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal team and other stakeholders to ensure that advertising messages align with the overall marketing strategy.
Kualifikasi
• A bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business, or a related field is often required
• Has an experience for 1-2 years in media Out of Home/ OOH is required
• Highly passionate in designing attractive customize deck and any pitching materials.
• Passionate about the media industry and eager to learn and grow in the role.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
