The Accounting Specialist at BnB Profits Property Management is responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, taxes, and preparing financial reports. This position reports directly to the Finance Manager and works closely with the property management team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. The Accounting Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company and supporting decision-making processes.
Kewajiban
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Process and review invoices, ensuring proper coding and authorization, and timely payment to vendors.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring actual performance against projections.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules and asset tracking.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and recommending process improvements as needed.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and general ledger reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
