PM Sales Agent at BnB Profits Property Management is an excellent job opportunity for someone who wants to lead and manage a sales team while driving revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer and collaborating with other departments, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to effective sales operations and achieve sales targets.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, and develop relationships to generate sales leads.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with key clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer retention.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
Kualifikasi
• Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the property management industry
