Sales Supervisor responsible for maintaining and developing business with existing customers and selling to new outlets.
Kewajiban
• Achieves agreed budget, GP, targets and continuously monitors actual sales performance against budget by product and customer.
• Assists manager to assess and define customer creditability.
• Assists in marketing plan execution by identifying key customers and marketing opportunities.
• Evaluates prospect product volume and market consumption capacity.
• Monitors & reports competitors’ activities regularly.
• Plans itinerary and customers visit.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Product Knowledge / Business Acumen.
• Good English proficiency.
• Negotiation & Interpersonal skills.
