This position will execute to establish and be responsible for implementing local area strategy for Commercial tire business with Sell-Out oriented mindset in the assigned area both Distributor (Sell In) & Fleets (Sell out).
Kewajiban
• To develop local area sales in their area to increase market share of Bridgestone and monitoring competitor’s activities in daily basis.
• Promote and motivate Distributor in their respective area to develop and manage distributor resource (Senior BFA, Mobile Service, BTTC, Toolbox Utilization, etc) to conduct fleet approach activities
• Conduct regular fleet approach activities with Distributor’s BFA and deliver fleet reporting (INSTA, OOSTA, Tracker) consistently and propose tire training to fleet to improve fleet understanding of BS Product.
• To take Monthly order collection from distributor & daily order collection from Fleet to meet commercial sales target with BSIN profitability consideration.
• Make sure Sell –In achievement in line with budget, and having Sell-Out oriented mindset.
• Collaborate with Commercial HQ team to make effective marketing & campaign program as our powerful sales tool to achieve sales target.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree in Business/Engineering or strong relevant work experience
• At least 3 years’ experience of relevant industries
• Understand English, both Oral & Written
• Good communication, negotiation, reporting & coordination skill
• Good analytical, interpersonal & leadership skill
