The Accounting Assistant Manager will be responsible for reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and evaluating processes and controls.
Kewajiban
• Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and analyzed on a regular basis
• Perform fluctuation analysis on assigned accounts, research, resolve, and document variances
• Maintain and propose accruals when needed
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
• Liaise with auditors at quarterly review and year-end audit and prepare the necessary supporting data
• Evaluate current processes and internal controls; make and implement recommendations for improvement
Kualifikasi
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Big 4 Audit company
• Strong accounting skills, understanding of accounting principles and concepts
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
