The Chef de Partie is responsible for ensuring the implementation of SOP standards, maintaining equipment, supervising kitchen crews, and other related duties.
Kewajiban
• Ensure that all SOP standards are implemented by staff to achieve good food product quality standards.
• Ensure all equipment is properly used, can function properly, and is properly maintained.
• Keep an eye on the progress and quality of work.
• Check stock adequacy, stock quality, and stock preparation.
• Check the quality and quantity of goods received.
• Supervise the quality of work by kitchen crews and compliance with health regulations and established standards.
Kualifikasi
• Available for flexible hours.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience for this position.
• Applicants must have a valid ID (KTP).
