China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) Representative Office in Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer to join their team.
Kewajiban
• Assist Manager to prepare Letter of Intent and purchase prequalification documents, study and evaluate the requirements for prequalification, study and evaluate bid documents requirements, prepare the bid documents
• Do research regarding current market price of construction materials
• Attend site visit and prepare site visit report and pre-bidding conference and prepare report
• Assist Manager of Engineering to prepare contract document, collect bidding information for related development projects and the tracking Public relations of bidding projects
• Take the lead in organizing the preparation of the office’s annual work summary report, be responsible for the maintenance of the company’s relevant qualification certificates and permits in Indonesia
• Conduct market research and market development strategy formulation, project development planning and project preliminary planning
Kualifikasi
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Has similar experiences in the construction of road and bridge, prefer has experience working on bidding process
• Professional/Advance Level of English, able to speak Mandarin is a plus
• Having SKK is more preferable
• Abilities: AutoCAD, engineering, organizing, communication, negotiation, hard worker, team player, has wide general knowledge, high initiative, can give ideas/inputs related to the tasks or projects, flexible, open minded, open to criticism, strong mentality, can work under pressure and deadline
