The Business Process Improvement Manager is responsible for analyzing, developing, and planning processes and procedures related to the quality management system.
Kewajiban
• Analyze, develop and plan the processes and procedures of the existing quality management system related to financial system.
• Ensure that all processes have business process references and systematic procedures to support business activities so that they run smoothly.
• Analyze current business processes, map or modify the design of business process models and procedures (SOP), and provide recommendations of changes to users, for developing business processes so that they run more effectively, efficiently and accurately.
• Provide strategic guidance for users to create a quality system that is more effective, efficient and on target.
• Integrate and supervise all existing processes in accordance with work processes and procedures.
Kualifikasi
• Possess Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree/Post Graduate in Business or Marketing, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 year of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
• Have knowledge and understanding in the field of business process from various types of Companies.
• Excellent leadership, agile and responsive to change that occur.
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
