Kewajiban
• Financial Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy by analyzing financial data, assessing risks, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Oversight: Supervise the creation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Financial Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage the company's cash flow to meet financial obligations efficiently.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate financial risks facing the company through strategic planning.
• Financing Activities Management: Oversee financing activities including capital raising, debt issuance, and relationships with lenders and investors.
• Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors and analysts, preparing presentations and reports for investor meetings.
• Process Improvement and Efficiency: Proactively develop, review, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness.
• Utilization of ERP Systems: Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for informed decision-making through real-time data analysis and reporting.
Kualifikasi
• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, System Information, Management or related major.
• Minimum 5 year experiences as Chief Finance Officer role, preferably in consulting/advisory from Big 4 company or related industry with proven track records in developing team Shared Services such as Finance and Accounting, Tax, HC, Procurement/Supply Chain, Internal Audit, IT and Corporate Legal.
• Have some background experience in business processes in Accounting, Investor Relations or Business Development would be an advantage.
• In Depth knowledge of Corporate Financial law and risk management practices.
• Proficient using data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Capable for managing numerous team, strong leadership and organizational skills, an analytical mind, excellent communication and problem solver.
