Cheon (천) comes from the Korean language which means thousands. Besides that, Cheon (천) also means blue sky as a new hope of a real struggle. Kepala Baker position with responsibilities in operational kitchen performance, training, stock management, production, and RnD for new menus.

Kewajiban

• Bertanggung jawab atas performa operasional kitchen
• Melakukan training dan coaching dengan crew
• ⁠Memastikan kebutuhan stock toko terpenuhi
• Mengatur produksi dan pelaksanaan tim produksi sesuai dengan SOP
• ⁠Melakukan RnD menu baru secara berkala

Kualifikasi

• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai leader baker/pastry minimal 2 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat jurusan tata boga (pastry)
• ⁠Memiliki pengetahuan terkait product knowledge, sistem inventory, efisiensi dan people development
• Berkomitmen, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab
• Domisili Yogyakarta dan dapat bergabung segera
