The Receptionist & Administration position requires maintaining a professional company image, managing incoming calls and visitors, coordinating office tasks, and supporting administrative functions.
Kewajiban
• Maintain professional company image and branding by welcoming guests/visitors with appropriate greetings.
• Manage and provide clear informations and Instructions to guests and Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Manage incoming telephone calls, filtering and forwarding calls to designated personnel or department
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence for assigned function/department.
• Manage meeting rooms schedule, usage and booking arrangements
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, business-related documents, packaging, parcels etc.
• Prepare and company event arrangement.
• Support the Finance and Administrative with the availability of materials, including stationery, printed materials, and others
• Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor in any fields
• Accustomed to wearing makeup, and neat hair
• Minimum two years of experiences in similar role
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• has experience in construction company is a plus
• Computer literacy (Ms. word, Ms. excel, Ms. outlook)
• Demonstrate refined communication skills and hospitality.
• Demonstrate advanced problem solving and management skills.
• Attention to details
• Ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Quick thinking and problem solving skills
• Ready to be placed in South Jakarta
