The Service Engineer will provide technical advice and assistance to onsite service teams to solve air-conditioner problems, investigate air-conditioner troubles at customer sites, cooperate with QC Market claim group to collect field defect information, and work on improving affiliates serviceman skills.

Kewajiban

• Provide technical advice or suggestions to onsite service teams to help them solve air-conditioner problems
• Investigate air-conditioner troubles at customer sites together with servicemen who are able to do overseas business trips
• Cooperate with QC Market claim group to collect field defect information needed for investigations
• Work on improving affiliates serviceman skills

Kualifikasi

The Service Engineer should have the following qualifications and skills:
• Experience in providing technical support or advice
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot air-conditioner problems
• Willingness to travel for overseas business trips
• Strong cooperation and communication skills
• Ability to train and improve serviceman skills
