The Test Engineer Manager - Automotive (Bangpoo) will work with the Operation Manager to set departmental goals and objectives, lead a section to ensure effective implementation of goals, and manage human resources.

Kewajiban

• Set up goals and practise plan to make department goals achievement.
• Check practise plan and solve problem to make department achievement.
• Verify the implementation of quality system for continuous improvement.
• Establish, implement, maintain, and improve the department OPI to meet Factory OPI.
• Reduce COPQ of manufacturing process.
• Effective handling failure analysis process to nonconforming product.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Good command of speaking, reading and writing in English.
• Working experience 5 years in design and improve process, equipment, machine.
• Able to maintenance management and human management 20 persons up.
• Strong problem-solving skills in quality system implementation and continuous improvement.
