The HR Executive will handle talent acquisition processes, employee engagement, workplace communication, and HR initiatives.
Kewajiban
• Handle end to end talent acquisition process such as job listing, sourcing, scheduling, interview and conduct any related tests (ex: DISC, papikostik, etc)
• Create, build, and maintain various network channels to source potential candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles (Job portal, LinkedIn, Social Media, Web Loker, etc)
• Identifying and interviewing qualified candidates profiles using various methods (structured interview, technical assessment and behavioral questions)
• Handle coordination and administration duties, i.e write and post jobs, updating and managing Applicant Tracking System, updating progress to Users, interview scheduling, etc
• Actively seeking for new ideas or insights related to recruitment to improve and achieve the Talent Acquisition team goals and objectives
• Managing employee engagement and workplace communication
• Formulate and implement other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by the Management
Kualifikasi
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any field, preferably from Psychology, Human Resource Management
• Minimum 1-years of working experience with a strong exposure in talent acquisition, preferably from beauty industry or startup company
• Strong in sourcing, understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Strong with the initiative and proactive work ethic (knows what to do & can think two to three steps ahead)
• Have creativity to create employee engagement / employee event (online & offline)
• Meticulous with data and administrative task
• Tech savvy
• Able to work under pressure in fast pace environment
• Strong coordination skill, humble, creative and initiative strong communication is the key
