Kewajiban

• Design and develop annual financial plans, analyzing and forecasting resources needed.
• Manage group liquidity, ensuring smooth banking operations.
• Supervise inter-company financial transactions, including borrowings and dividend payments.
• Analyze and recommend alternative financing structures, considering cash flow, balance sheet, and tax implications.
• Oversee cash and debt management, including forecasting and compliance with banks' covenants.
• Manage financial risk related to treasury operations, including foreign exchange rate management.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
• Proven experience in finance and treasury management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong financial analysis skills and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
