The Lead Technical Product Specialist will provide service and commissioning of equipment for Gas Analysis within the cement industry by both remote support and on-site attendance.

Kewajiban

• Customer support by phone and online for gas analysis equipment
• Service attendance on site including repair and service of gas analysis equipment
• Commissioning of gas analysis equipment
• Customer dialogue
• Internal service support
• Sales work mostly in SEA, ME and India
• Manager sparring and technical assistance
• PLA proposals
• Spare part quotations
• Service quotations
• Own travel arrangements and coordination
• FAT gas analysis equipment production in Arakkonam
• Engineering and documentation of systems produced in Arakkonam

Kualifikasi

• Ensuring on-time delivery of service and commission in line with contractual obligations and in accordance with customer expectations
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Controlling customer expectations in accordance with the activities
• Actively pursuing commercial potential generated by executed orders
• Reporting observed client needs to contribute to sales
