Order Desk Manager position in Jakarta for the Asia-Pacific region with a focus on efficient and effective order management processes.
Kewajiban
• Lead and manage the APAC Central Order Desk team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
• Oversee end-to-end order management processes, including order & quote entry, validation, processing, and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, logistics, and contract management, to streamline order workflows and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize order processing efficiency, improve turnaround times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor order status and performance metrics, analysing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction or process enhancement.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex order-related inquiries or issues, providing timely resolution and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Kualifikasi
• 2-5 years people management/leadership experience.
• Experience in a similar role is essential. Ideally someone who has worked in Mining, Heavy Machinery, Oil and Gas or similar resources in a Sales Support function.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straight-forward way.
• Be open to and quickly evaluate data and create reports via Excel and third-party applications to showcase data.
• Experience of the Sales Cycle and a strong financial administration background.
