Detail posisi

The Sr. Lawyer - Litigation, Regulation and Commercial Law will ensure legal matters and business transactions are conducted lawfully to protect the legal interests of the group and minimize legal risks.

Kewajiban

• Ensure legal matters and business transactions are conducted lawfully
• Provide legal support for contracts
• Develop legal documents and contracts
• Minimize legal and risk exposure
• Prepare and execute legal documents and contracts
• Deliver documents for consideration and approval by Specialist

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law
• 3-5 years working experience in business law
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good English communication skills
