• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to develop winning marketing strategies for both domestic and international markets.
• Be the innovation champion for our products, identifying market opportunities and ensuring successful launches.
• Craft a brand communication plan that builds brand awareness and strengthens brand image.
• Manage the annual marketing budget efficiently across all marketing activities.
• Develop the skills of your marketing team, fostering collaboration and driving exceptional results across departments.

Kualifikasi

• Experience in brand management and FMCG product design, with a specific understanding of beverage and cooking product categories.
• Ability to analyze market research, consumer data, and budgets to craft strategic marketing plans.
• Experience in new product development and product management across various channels.
• Strong team management skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience in digital marketing communication and a passion for creative problem-solving.
