Key Account Manager responsible for B2B sales & channel management in Surabaya, East Java.
Kewajiban
• Expand Givaudan's market presence in the East Java territory by actively seeking new prospects and promoting flavors from the price list.
• Support in monitoring channel partner performance, Sales Planning, and ensure sales activities are aligned with schedules and meet set targets.
• Nurture and oversee customer relationships within the designated region, while also seeking opportunities to develop new accounts.
• Stay updated on customer and competitor activities, maintaining up-to-date customer information.
• Aid in negotiating pricing agreements within established guidelines and manage aspects like credit, pricing, and rebates.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of both internal and external customer presentations.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 3 years of functional/technical sales experience within B2B field.
• Relevant industry experience in food-related industries are highly advantageous.
• University degree in Science/Food/Business or equivalent.
• Understanding of key elements of Channel partner strategy including promotions/schemes, besides the ability to effectively use KPIs to monitor channel partner performance.
• Demonstrated capability to generate new business and basic understanding of customer strategy, initiatives, priorities, and launch processes.
