Sales Lead position in Kalimantan Selatan

Kewajiban

• Menjalin hubungan baik dengan customer (R1, R2, Government, dan Petani Grade A).
• Membentuk & mengatur jaringan distribusi.
• Menyusun forecast penjualan & program sales.
• Melakukan penjualan barang sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan.
• Memastikan kelancaran pembayaran customer.
• Melakukan mapping area potensi pasar.

Kualifikasi

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di perusahaan/distributor pestisida (Agrochemicals Industry).
• Berdomisili di Kalimantan Selatan (Wajib)
• Mampu berkomunikasi & menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer.
• Menguasai pengetahuan jaringan distribusi & potensi pasar pestisida pada wilayah yang dilamar (Kalimantan Selatan)
• Memiliki jaringan customer (point plus).
