• Adheres to Company Policies & Procedures, Fire Life Health Safety & Security, and HACCP Standards.
• Organizes food production in a cost-effective and hygienic manner.
• Prepares menu based on quality, availability, and seasonality of ingredients.
• Ensures food standards and presentations are maintained and improved.
• Identifies opportunities for cost reduction without affecting service quality.
• Assists in developing standards and procedures.
Kualifikasi
• Effective listener and communicator.
• Ability to manage Payroll and Resource allocation efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills in assigning responsibilities and checking performance.
• Maintains positive attitude and exercises self-control.
• Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
