The Live Host Streaming position at PT Gudang Ada Globalindo (GudangAda) involves hosting live streaming sessions to engage and interact with the company's online audience. The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to create engaging content and maintain a strong online presence. The Live Host Streaming position reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications.

Kewajiban

• Host live streaming sessions on various platforms to engage and interact with the audience.
• Plan and organize live streaming events, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
• Create engaging and entertaining content for live streaming sessions, keeping the audience entertained and interested.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' live streaming activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote live streaming events and increase viewership.
• Interact with viewers during live streaming sessions, responding to comments, questions, and feedback.
• Monitor and analyze live streaming metrics, such as viewership, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer support, to address customer inquiries and provide assistance during live streaming sessions.
• Maintain a professional and engaging on-camera presence, representing the company's brand and values.
• Continuously improve live streaming techniques and strategies to enhance the overall viewer experience.

Kualifikasi

-Familiar and confident in front of the camera, photogenic looking
-Excellent selling and public speaking skills, Excellent product presentation skills
-Have passion and interest in BEAUTY, FMCG, Home Living product
-Have experience as a Livestreamer Host (TikTok, Shopee)
-Target-oriented, able to work in team / individually
-Minimum education of high school / equivalent, fresh graduates are allowed
