Hebe Beauty Style is hiring a Go-To-Market Specialist (Online) to develop and execute strategies for launching and promoting online products and services.
Kewajiban
• Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for online products and services, including digital marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, online trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between online offerings and market needs.
• Create compelling digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to develop online sales enablement materials and support customer retention efforts.
• Analyze online metrics and user feedback to iterate on go-to-market strategies and improve overall performance.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Communication, Marketing Business, or related fields) with relevant experience as Go-To-Market or Brand Executive for at least 1 year in a relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of online marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as product development, sales, and marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, with Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Skill software; Microsoft Word (Excel and Word), E-Commerce Marketplace Dashboard (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, etc).
