The Key Account Manager (Modern Trade) is responsible for achieving overall business objectives, developing relationships with customers, and leading business strategies implementation.
Kewajiban
• Responsible for achieving overall business objective (monthly sales target, launch plan sales target and display execution, end-to-end event) with the customers or channels as per deployed by company via Key Account Director
• Be The Face of The Company to the customers. Develop excellent working relationships and in-depth understanding of customers and market landscape that your account has
• Leverage deep understanding of internal and external dynamic, marketing knowledge, internal regular budget planning, internal and external supply chain operations to build and execute business strategies and plans
• Lead and partner with customers for business strategies implementation and plan execution. Conduct regular reviews with customers and internal HEBE on different business aspects or as per each case/needs from KAM/KA
• Strategize through harnessing the power of a team by envisioning, engaging and energizing multifunctional resources to build holistic business plan and break possible barriers & challenges to deliver the best result
• Lead and manage initial issue resolution to day-to-day operation with all divisions including regional area team to ensure speedy and excellent execution in stores, know and align the root-cause with counterparts, and mutual solution that can be solved either directly via working team or need to propose to HEBE Management
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Key Account Executive/Manager for Modern Trade is preferred
• Have experience at handling Modern Trade Lifestyle Channel Retailers like KKV, Miniso / Hypermarket Supermarket and Department Store Retailers will be a huge advantage
• Familiar with 360' Key Account Management scope of work: Managing Sales, Distribution, Promotion, Merchandising, and familiar with FMCG Retail Supply Chain and Budget Management
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus
