Seeking a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager to join the Online commerce & BNPL team in Homecredit Indonesia.

Kewajiban

• Develop and refine the overall portfolio growth strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market trends.
• Identify new growth opportunities, market segments, and potential partnerships to expand the product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the distribution structure, ensuring efficient and effective product delivery to diverse customer segments.
• Work closely with risk management teams to ensure prudent risk assessment and mitigation strategies for the portfolio, including the right customer selection, limits including and not limited to limit increase/decrease strategies.
• Define key performance metrics for the portfolio, including revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and transaction volumes.
• Deepen the understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to drive product enhancements and personalized experiences.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 6 years working in Financial Institutional or Fintech companies with experience in the CRM, portfolio management
• Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify and resolve problems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and tailoring to multiple audiences
• Ability to create a strong network of relationships amongst peers, internal partners, external parties, decision makers and stakeholders
• Excellent decision-making, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
