Detail posisi

Customer Repayment Service (CRS) Sr. Data Analyst in Jakarta responsible for conducting detailed analysis of existing processes, maintaining process descriptions, creating business requirements, and supporting strategy activities.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for conducting detailed analysis of existing CRS processes, describing them properly, and maintaining process descriptions.
• Creating and maintaining detailed business requirements based on CRS business and management needs.
• Supporting all Ad-hoc strategy activities with documentation, management, and follow up.
• Maintaining the backlog of planned process changes.
• Consulting with internal customers to identify, comment, and document business needs and objectives.
• Participating in software deployments to production environment, post-deployment support, and helping to detect and analyze production bugs and issues.

Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/IT), Mathematics, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in business process analysis/design in consumer finance or Banking environment.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Experience from collections department, experience with OBI, ORACLE, or VBA programming.
• Excellent analytical mind, detailed knowledge with process designing tools, SQL knowledge, Advanced Excel skills, and ability to work with related departments.
