Kewajiban

• Identify, map, and streamline business processes relevant to core banking functionalities and branch operations to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data associated with branch operations and core banking functions to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Work collaboratively with development and architecture teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and oversee system testing and functionality validation within core banking systems and branch applications to ensure adherence to business requirements.
• Support the implementation of new solutions and develop training materials to facilitate end-user adoption of updated system functionalities.
